Block Wall Idaho Falls ("we", "us", "our") operates this site. This policy explains what information we collect through it, why, and who it goes to. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer in the United States.

What we collect

When you use this site we may collect:

• Contact details you give us through the inquiry form: name, phone number, city or ZIP code, and whatever you tell us about the job. If you email us we collect your email address and the content of your message.
• Technical information, automatically, through the analytics tools this site uses (see "Cookies and analytics"): pages viewed, device type, approximate location and referral source.

We do not ask for payment details or identity documents.

Why we collect it

We are a marketing company, not a building business, and the only use we make of your details is getting your inquiry in front of a local business that can reply.

The consent box on the form is your agreement to that transfer. The form cannot be sent without it, because passing your details on is the only thing the form does.

Who we pass it to

Your inquiry comes to the marketing business that runs this site. We are not the provider and we do not do the work ourselves. Where a local business is engaged for your area, your inquiry is passed to it so that it can contact you, and we are paid for that connection, never by you. Where none is engaged, your inquiry stays with us and is not passed to anyone else. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will.

How we store it

Inquiry details are held in a database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which receives each inquiry from the form and keeps a copy after it has been passed on, with access limited to the people who need it to pass your inquiry on.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how visitors use the site. These tools use cookies and collect technical information. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, though this may affect how the site works.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are deleted 24 months after our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask us to. You can ask us at any time to delete your details, using the address below, and we will.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at privacy@blockwallidahofalls.com. There is no charge for asking.

If your details have already gone to a provider, we will tell you who, so you can ask them directly as well.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle inquiries, we update this page and change the date at the top.

Who operates this site

Block Wall Idaho Falls is operated by a marketing company. We are not a block wall business and do not carry out the work. Inquiries made here are referred to an independent qualified local provider. Contact privacy@blockwallidahofalls.com for anything about this policy.
